  • Tom will research your neighborhood, tour your property, and provide a Comparative Market Analysis to help you determine a fair market value.
  • If you're ready to list, we help you fill out the listing agreement and other essential documents.
  • In some cases, we will provide a home stager to assist you in preparing for MLS listing.
  • Our vendors will take 12 digital photos and put together a virtual tour and floor plan for your property's online marketing.
  • When ready, we'll place a for sale sign in your yard and place a lockbox on your door. We also provide 'virtual flyers' where buyers can text message for pricing and photos of your home.
  • Your ad will be placed in the Austin MLS and on a variety of web partners such as REALTOR.com and AustinHomeSearch.com.
  • We send weekly 'comps' to your email inbox to help you decide how and when to adjust your pricing.
  • We will email or call you (whichever you prefer) weekly to keep you updated and to answer any questions that you may have along the way.
  • All calls received from other real estate agents regarding your home will be routed through the Agent assisting you.
  • When a purchase agreement is received from a potential buyer, we will submit it to you as soon as possible and provide all necessary help needed to properly reply to the offer and all subsequent counter-offers.
  • Once an offer and acceptance has been made, we will lead you through the entire closing process.

Will I receive a lockbox for my door? Yes, lock boxes are needed to assist real estate agents in showing your home. They have an added benefit of tracking who enters your home.

What is the MLS? The Multiple Listing Service is the primary web tool Realtors use to market their listings to other real estate agents worldwide. You must be a licensed agent to have access to the MLS.
